Training for Tenants
Tenants and Climate Change: A FREE 3 hour course especially for tenants
Want to find out everything you need to know about climate change; how it relates to you as a tenant; and the opportunities and challenges for tenants’ associations and other tenant organisations? Come to one of our workshops on climate change for tenants to be held in London and Derby in July.

COIN training terms & conditions
We reserve the right to reallocate the course place to another delegate if fees are not paid upon booking. Payment may be made by cheque to ‘COIN’ or by bank transfer. We cannot currently accept credit card payments.
Cancelling courses
The following charges will apply if you wish to cancel a course:
• 21+ working days prior to the event – 10%
• 14-21 working days prior to the event – 50%
• 1-14 working days prior to the event – 100%
• Non attendance on the day – 100%
In exceptional circumstances this fee may be waived at the discretion of COIN. In such circumstances, write to COIN giving full details of why you were unable to attend enclosing any supporting documentation, e.g. a doctor’s note.
Cancellations must be received in writing or via email to info@coinet.org.uk and must contain the full booking details including organisation name, booking and delegate contact details and invoice/receipt number if applicable. Verbal cancellations are also accepted, but the delegate must speak to a member of staff – leaving a voice message on the answer phone is insufficient.
Data Protection
COIN will use the information you provide on your booking form and additional information you may provide in future, for administering our training courses. We will not disclose this information to any other person or organisation, except in connection with the above purpose.
All course participants are provided with a list of their co-participants’ names and organisations, but no further details are disclosed unless consent is given to share emails within the training group.
